@AlisonH47922699@MWEBTweets Thanks for this. But in my case I'm simply reactivating a line that was already working perfectly. I told Mweb to put a stop to the cancellation almost a month in advance but it was still cancelled anyway despite my efforts.
@strwbrypickle@MWEBTweets The problem comes in with them releasing the line. Before you can move to another provider they need to release your line. I am having the same problem. And can't get hold of anyone at mweb

@Vodacom your technicians came to my house to install fibre lines more than 2 weeks ago. They put in an ONT. Up till now the ONT is not set up? How is this acceptable? Where is the accountability? Pathetic service Vodacom.
