With the end of Top Gear, maybe it's time to revive my pitch for a cycling show with a similar format. I imagine our 'star on a reasonably priced time trial bike' segment, where we sent a b-lister off to ride the E2/10 on an old Planet-X will be a huge hit.

I started using gels for some of my rides only in the past two months, these ones from Decathlon. They're definitely great for the longer rides, I've felt the difference in energy. I'm curious what do you recommend, what are your favourites? 🤔
