@Se_Railway Thank you for trying. I need to know how to make a more formal complaint as, if I did not have the funds to buy yet another ticket, Southeastern would fail it's duty of care to get me home. Therefore action needs to be taken to prevent it happening to someone poorer than me.

Appalling customer service from @Se_Railway today. Have had to buy the same weekly season ticket twice due @Se_Railway systems problems with the promise of a refund next week. Ticket failed to work again this morning. Their solution - pay them for another ticket.

@Se_Railway Yes and it was very frustrating. Apparently they are unable to escalate calls to a senior manager or contact station staff. This despite this definitely being a problem of Southeastern's making.

@Se_Railway It was a weekly season ticket loaded onto The Key. The person I spoke to just kept repeating that the Key team take 10 working days to investigate before they will do anything. This leaves me with no ticket home tonight.

@dealighted701 @SteveWhiteRail Good Morning, can I presume you're referring to the 10:01 departure? This is indeed the busiest off-peak train from Folkestone. It's not possible to run this train with more than 6 coaches from Dover because of operational constraints in the tunnels between Dover and 1/

@Se_Railway @SteveWhiteRail Standing room only from Folkestone every day off peak isn’t fair to customers & annoying you keep posting about service improvements yet service via Dover/Folkestone/Deal still not back to pre-Covid levels. Any plans to sort this out?

@Se_Railway We realise that things occasionally go wrong, but your decision to terminate the 17:42 from St Pancras to Dover at Ashford tonight shows a total disregard for your passengers. This train was already at least 2 hours late.

@LawSedgwick Hi, Apologies your train is crowded. It is scheduled as 6 coaches I can see. Our planners keep train lengths under review using ticket sales and loading data, however, there are only a maximum of 26 6 car units available at any time ^JS /1

@stuart_curran The fares charged are not directly linked to the timetabled service in operation. You can still use your season ticket next Monday to Wednesday, just at different times. ^JT

@Se_Railway Why? Monday and Tuesday are normal working days and passengers still need to get to work. Also why would you still charge full price for a 7 day season ticket if you know that you are not running a full service?

@stuart_curran Hi Stuart, the train hasn't been "cancelled" as such. We're running a Saturday based timetable next week which has been reflected in journey planners for the last 3 months and has been communicated in advance. With that in mind, delay repay will not apply I'm afraid. ^JT

NEW: Due to emergency repairs to the railway at #Ramsgate Power to the railway is currently off Once the power to the railway is restored trains will be able to run: Ramsgate - Ashford via Dover and Canterbury West Trains will be unable to run between Ramsgate and Margate
