If @BCFC can have the brick chimneys in their new stadium, perhaps we should have cranes from @felixstowe_port

Stuart’s BIG match preview….
Felixstowe & Walton United make their first-ever trip to the FWD-IT Community Stadium this weekend as they face Cambridge City in Isthmian North action. After years of groundsharing, the Lilywhites finally have a place to call home. While internal work continues on the main stand and other facilities, the new stadium already provides an impressive backdrop, and a large travelling support of around 100 Felixstowe fans is expected to make the journey to enjoy both the occasion and the surroundings.
On the pitch, the Seasiders arrive in excellent form and full of confidence. Sitting near the top of the table, they’ve won four away league matches on the bounce, boasting a formidable defensive record, yet to concede at home and only two goals shipped on the road. Tuesday's 3-2 Suffolk Premier Cup win at step 3 AFC Sudbury giving a further boost to a side facing their tenth away game from fifteen matches this season.
In contrast, Cambridge City find themselves in a period of transition following the unexpected departure of manager Jamie Cureton three weeks ago. Since his exit, the Lilywhites have managed just one win in four games and currently sit 19th in the table. A 4–2 defeat at Bowers & Pitsea last time out highlighted ongoing defensive struggles for the still managerless side, with 24 goals conceded across all competitions, a vulnerability Felixstowe will look to exploit.
Last season’s meetings were both won by the Seasiders, with 2–0 victories home and away. Sam Ford and Charlie Warren netted in the away win at St Ives, while Warren again found the net in the home fixture, alongside an own goal, in front of a crowd of 500 at the Martello Ground.
With momentum on their side, Felixstowe will be keen to continue their strong start and take advantage of a Cambridge side still finding its feet.
