@HiveHomeUK Thanks, the the fault was with the boiler itself. Unlike your friends at Worcester Bosch, your call centre was very helpful in walking me through the steps to check my Hive was fully operational.

Buy a Worcester-Bosch boiler, they said. It'd be great, they said. So I'd like to wish @WorcsBoschCare seasons greetings from my freezing cold house. Third w/end on the bounce that I've had no heating/hot water. Trying to shift the blame to @HiveHomeUK was a nice touch.

@WorcsBoschCare @HiveHomeUK I have an engineer booked, so I don’t know what a DM will achieve. I just want a permanent fix, or at this point, a replacement boiler.

@zorba_t_greek That was my first thought, but in the last 2 weeks/2 breakdowns, the control unit, pump and various valves have been replaced, plus a software update. I’ve called Hive, who said all was well their side. Boxt was great, but the boiler itself is expensive landfill.

@zorba_t_greek It was, yes. The installation warranty has run out, so I’m at the mercy of W-B now.

Yes, I have a ten-year warranty, but your engineers don't work weekends, which is helpful for your long-suffering customers. Never had as many problems with a boiler as this; it's proving to be utter junk.

Your switchboard is down @weareboxt. Not helpful in sub-zero temperatures. Still, at least you’re (apparently) trying. @WorcsBoschCare has closed its phone lines leaving us with no hot water, no central heating and no idea when we might be able to get it fixed. Nice one 👍
