Absolutely horrible experience and customer service from @StubHub tonight. Sold my 2 season tickets this morning to buy 3 and take both my boys… Well Stubhub never sent our tickets. I called multiple times before we made the trek to Salt Lake and they assured me we would be fine and get us replacement tickets if needed. Well we weren’t fine, they never came and the customer service line just gave me a refund and no replacements! I also couldn’t buy any because the game already started and the sites all took the game off. I haven’t bought on Stubhub in forever and definitely won’t again. Megan Thee Stallion’s opening night for Moulin Rouge became the highest selling non-holiday sales day ever for the musical on StubHub!

According to StubHub, ten of the Top 15 all-time sales days for the musical on the platform have now occurred since the announcement of Megan’s involvement.

Approximately 79% of ticket buyers during the surge had never purchased a Broadway ticket on StubHub. For existing users, 75% were concertgoers and 50% are sports fans.
