Our works are almost complete at Clydach ALN School in Tonypandy! 👷‍♂️ @studwelders_cfdl are carrying out the complete composite floor package for our valued customer Morgan Sindall 5,000 m2 of MetFloor® 80 decking, 10,000 welded shear studs, GRP void protection and 150mm slabs

It's a glorious day in Pembroke and our first pour is commencing on the South Quay development 👷‍♂️ Consisting of approximately 750m2 of MetFloor® 60 decking and 1,500 welded shear studs, followed by the pouring of the 140mm concrete slabs.

The first pour has commenced at One Friary Temple Quay in Bristol!👷🏻‍♂️ This project consists of approximately 3,600m2 of MetFloor®60 decking, 6,000 welded shear studs, followed by the pouring of 130mm thick concrete slabs. Concrete supplied by Tarmac and pumps by Camfaud

Our works are complete in Nuneaton for @bamukandireland This project consisted of approximately 2,000 m2 of MetFloor®60 & 80 decking, 5,000 welded shear studs, 150mm thick concrete slabs with a power float finish, including the forming & pouring of concrete upstands with GRP.

Our decking works are complete in Southampton, ready for the concrete works to commence! 👷‍♂️ This project consists of approximately 1,600m2 of MetFloor®60 decking and 4,000 welded shear studs, followed by the pouring of 150mm thick concrete slabs with a power float finish.

Our decking works have commenced in Bristol! 👷‍♂️@studwelders are carrying out the complete composite floor package for our valued client RED. 5,000m2 of MetFloor®60 decking, 10,000 welded shear studs, followed by the pouring of 130mm thick concrete slabs.

Another week done, another job complete! 💪 Studwelders have installed the complete composite floor for our valued client Encon Construction Roughly 500 m2 of MetFloor®55 decking and 2,300 welded shear studs, including the laying of reinforcement and pouring of concrete slabs.

Following the completion of our metal decking installation in Chelmsford, our lads are now pressing on with installation of the reinforcement, ready for the concrete pours to commence! Works consist of 5,000 m2 of MetFloor 55 decking and pouring of 130mm thick concrete slabs

Works have recommenced at Speke! 👷‍♂️ Studwelders are carrying out the composite floor package for our valued customer Caddick Works consist of roughly 13,000 m2 MetFloor®55 & 60 decking and 30,000 welded shear studs, followed by the reinforcement and concrete pours!

No job too big or small! Studwelders Composite Floor Decks have completed the metal decking & concrete works at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, for our valued customer Francis Construction Works consisted of a 20m2 stair infill - MetFloor 60 decking with a 160mm concrete slab.

Our project in Abergavenny has proven a logistical challenge getting the materials on site, due to the only access point being through a 3m wide x 3.5m high gatehouse! Exceptional driving from our very own Steven 'Freddo' Pattison means all roof decks are now loaded out!
