Bank job is very excruciating work. Generally they go for lunch around 2.30 to 3.00pm. By the way, why the heck these many go to bank while all everything in banking can be done online? And can’t you wait for some time for the employees to eat their lunch? Every time people get agitated about government servants and blame them for everything. But can the people avail unfettered access to grievance resolution machineries in private sectors?

🚨Banks का नया नामकरण → P for Pressure, P for Panic! Result? Work culture या Pressure cooker? #Bankersvoice

Log off man. The engagement isn't worth the embarrassment. Sachin wasn’t just 'good' in his teens; he was facing Wasim, Waqar, and Qadir on a blood stained track in Sialkot at 16. Comparing Vaibhav Suryavanshi to Sachin Tendulkar who changed the trajectory of international cricket is just disrespectful to the sport’s history. Also look at the range man this guy compares Sachin with Vaibhav and to Virat Kohli also🤣🤣🤣

🚨 Outsiders issuing ORDERS to open SBI branch on holidays A CA firm conducting statutory audit mails a @TheOfficialSBI BM on 4th April directing them to open the branch on a holiday for audit work. Since when did external auditors get the authority to override banking norms, security protocols and staff rights? Opening a branch on a holiday is not just “adjustment” it is a serious security risk for cash, documents and officials. For years, staff have been pressured to stretch beyond limits late nights, holidays and now even outsiders are dictating terms? This is not audit. This is institutionalized harassment.

THE GREAT BANKING BETRAYAL: 🏦A Nexus of Deception by IBA & DFS 🏦 The mask has finally fallen. What was once a "betrayal of trust" has morphed into a full-scale institutional fraud. The Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) and the Department of Financial Services (DFS) are operating as a coordinated nexus to strip bank veterans of their dignity and legal entitlements. While the builders of India’s banking system languish, the elites at the top are lining their pockets. The Evidence of Systematic Deceit: The RBI Parity Lie (Exhibit-P2): The 1993/94 Settlement isn't a suggestion; it’s a mandate. Clause 2 of the March 1994 minutes explicitly dictates that pension updation MUST follow the RBI pattern. Yet, the IBA continues to feed the Supreme Court "false affidavits" claiming no such formula exists. This is perjury in the highest degree. The "Prospective" Arrears Heist (Exhibit-P4): The October 2023 100% DR Neutralization is a calculated insult. By making it "prospective only," the IBA has effectively embezzled ₹10 to ₹15 lakhs in rightful arrears from every single senior retiree. Why are our elders being penalized for the IBA’s thirty-year failure to act? The Double Standard (Exhibit-P1A): In 2019, the DFS approved notional pension increases of up to 3.63x for RBI retirees. The formula exists. The money exists. The "lack of funds" argument is a fabricated myth used to gatekeep benefits from PSU bank staff while granting them to others. The PLI Scam: While pensioners are told the coffers are empty, the DFS has revised Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) guidelines to benefit the "Top Management" clique—the very same MDs and CEOs who comprise the IBA. They are awarding themselves up to ₹30 lakhs in Performance Linked incentives while simultaneously filing affidavits to dodge RTI accountability. The Reality: Institutional Cowardice The IBA (Exhibit-P3) attempts to hide behind the status of a "voluntary body" to evade Writ Petitions and RTI scrutiny, yet they wield absolute power over the lives of lakhs of retirees. Supreme Court Precedent is Clear: Pension is not a "bounty" or a "gift" to be given at the sweet will of an employer; it is a hard-earned property right. Justice delayed is justice denied. The IBA must stop its "shameless" litigation and predatory delay tactics. Honoring the 1993 settlement is not an option—it is a legal and moral obligation. #BankPensionUpdation #IBAExposed #JusticeForBankRetirees #ShameOn_IBA_DFS #StopTheLies #SupremeCourtOfIndia #BankEmployees #RTI #IBA_UFBU_Chor_Hain #DFSMurdabaad #NirmalaSitharamanMurdabaad #NarendraModiMurdabaad @DFS_India @ChiefIba @nsitharaman @narendramodi @ChVenkatachalam @rupamsmail @kanalmedia23 @Hellobanker_in @bankpediaa @bankaffairs @idesibanda @iNitinTyagi

🚨 What Banking Experts Say About New PLI Scheme 1. Experts say PLI is a good idea, but it should be given to all employees. It should reward those who actually bring business to banks. 2. There are concerns about why PLI is being given only to Scale IV and above officers. Experts believe there may be hidden reasons behind this decision. 3. Some experts feel the government wants to privatize PSU banks but is facing challenges. As a result, there may be efforts to bring in professionals from the private sector for senior positions like Regional Head or Circle Head. 4. According to this view, PLI could be used as a way to offer higher salaries to such private sector candidates. 5. Experts also warn that this approach may gradually lead to internal privatization of public sector banks. 6. They further caution that work pressure on junior staff may increase. There could be more cases of harassment and toxic work culture. Unions may find it difficult to protect employees, as senior officials may push harder to achieve targets for PLI, which could also increase the risk of irregularities/frauds.

If you drive without a helmet, camera will detect. If you drive without a seat belt, camera will detect. If you overspeed, camera will detect. If you use your phone while driving, camera will detect. They detect every mistake people make, and you get a challan. So why can’t the same traffic cameras detect the potholes on the road?

I want to ask some very clear questions to SBI. @TheOfficialSBI If an employee is dealing with an extreme medical emergency…is her/his written request not valid unless it is in your so-called “prescribed format”? Does humanity take a back seat to paperwork in your system? In such situations…is it not the responsibility of the concerned HR or the appropriate authority to at least respond to the employee’s email or call and guide them properly? Or is silence the standard protocol? And if an employee, after being ignored at every level, is forced to escalate the matter to the Chairman…should that email also be ignored? Or is there yet another “prescribed format” even for reaching out to the highest authority? Did you even read the email or were you just busy forwarding it around without understanding or taking any responsibility? Is this what accountability looks like in your system..forwarding the matter here and there while ignoring the actual issue? I expect answers…not procedural excuses.

So the bank @TheOfficialSBI is marking me unauthorised absence!! But on what authority? When the resignation was submitted, medical documents provided and repeated communication made via email and WhatsApp about inability to join? I may be absent in your records, but the burden of “unauthorised” should only lie with you. Let me make one thing absolutely clear: do not consider me an employee of your bank anymore. Under no circumstances will I be rejoining. Now, answer my questions..clearly and without evasion: When I applied for a transfer on spouse grounds, why was it neither approved nor rejected on time? After 5 months of continuous follow-up, I received a casual WhatsApp message stating that the request was not submitted through the portal. Is that an official response? Is this the standard of communication your institution follows? When I applied under extreme compassionate grounds, what happened to that application? There was no portal-related condition for such a request, so why was I never informed about its approval or rejection?

🚨Banks will be closed for 14 days in April. Sounds shocking, right? But here’s the reality 👇 This kind of headline (like the one published by @JagranNews) is highly misleading. They add up: → National holidays → State-specific holidays (Kerala, Delhi, etc.) → Weekends and present it as if banks across the entire country will be shut for 14 days straight. That’s NOT how it works. 👉 A holiday in Kerala doesn’t mean banks in Gujarat or MP are closed. 👉 A regional festival in Tripura isn’t a nationwide shutdown. 👉 Weekends are already known and planned. In reality, for most people, banks function normally except standard weekends + a few local holidays. This is not journalism. This is clickbait. Misleading headlines create unnecessary panic among customers and businesses. People rush to banks thinking services will be unavailable for half the month, which is simply untrue. If this reporting were accurate, banks would be closed almost 6 months a year! It’s time media stops prioritizing sensation over facts. Responsible reporting matters. #Bankersvoice
