@morri_bear @McDonaldsUK They will blame Uber eats and Uber eats will blame McDonald’s. Your best bet is just contact the bank and dispute the transaction. It’s what I had to do for a delivery order that didn’t turn up.

@honest_rae @McDonaldsUK @ubereats_uk Both just kept saying the same. Luckily I had paid by credit card and contacted the company and they stopped the transaction and refunded. Maybe try contacting your bank? Shocking customer service. It’s theft!

@McDonaldsUK @ubereats_uk I ordered a breakfast order on McDonald’s app this morning, only to have a fruit shoot delivered. I have got nowhere with McDonald’s and Uber eats have said they will not refund. You have basically stolen money?!

@McDonaldsUK @ubereats_uk Just to clarify, I ordered a mcdelivery, worth £24.63 from Trostre in Llanelli and only had a fruit shoot delivered. Both saying they can’t offer a refund and that it is down to the other company. Last time I checked that is theft! @WalesTS
