@TNTUKCare Your cust service is worst I've ever seen. You still have my wife's passport and have now lied twice to her on delivery date. Noone answers your phone and the system hangs up after being on hold for 1 hr. Will you pay for her cancelled holiday if you can't deliver it in time?

@TNTUKCare My wife is an NHS nurse and I think you would agree she deserves a holiday.... She was told delivery was put on 'critical' list but still got pushed back. We cannot trust any date you give her.
