Get Rin. If you: 1. Have archer 2. Wanting to build your 3rd/4th team 3. Have the pulls Then I highly recommend getting Rin, just E0S0 Rin is more than enough. The reason: This combo (rin + archer) is very strong at it's core, and they don't depend on highly contested supports to perform well. You can play this team without stealing other team's member. Unused sparkle? Rincher can use. Unused rmc? Rincher can use. Unused tribbie? Rincher can use. Unused welt/silverwolf/cipher? Rincher can use. The best performance definitely would be with Sparkle, however the reliance of Sparkle in this team is massively reduced if you already have Rin in the team. So yeah, I highly recommend getting this 1 cost to gain access to a whole team that won't steal other team's support.
