@unemon1 First, they don't decide on the settlement, it's aq. Secondly, not once in history has it ever occurred that some random nickname on twitter is more accurate than dozens of analytical houses and thousands of speculative experts when the process has been successfully litigated.

This confirms that $NEON is set to receive an immaterial (possibly close to NIL) amount of cash from Samsung. Under IFRS, Samsung would need to disclose the Neonode settlement if it was all of 1) Probably 2) Estimable and 3) Material. 1) and 2) boxes are ticked, Material is not.

SHORT $NEON – If Samsung had agreed a settlement in principle for $1B in early June, it had to be in Q2 (3.5B op profit = 30% 🤯). But… ZERO (risk) disclosure nor a foot note.

@F_Lindberg Domaren signerade 2 veckor efter begäran och gav då fram till 20/8. Första gången gav han 30 dagar från det att han signerade. Jag tror att han pratat med båda parterna och frågat hur lång tid de behöver. Så jag tror inte på ny förlängning
