Not to raise old discussion about designs but about a month ago with Cissia’s whole thing and people hating on the designs most people who defended it often ran with the whole “there’s a reason she’s dressed like that” as if it were apart of the lore. Now after finishing 2.7 story I still can’t find an answer as to why. I know she’s from a different branch of Pubsec but Is it cause she’s a snake thiren or something? What am I missing?

@justbehappytf @ZZZAnonymously sure. another option is requiring attribute and faction for newer dps' core extra so that new stunners can be sold on being "good for the current meta unit" without being dialyn-tier. or making more utility focused ults with units' dmg coming off specials or charge moves instead

@su6human @ZZZAnonymously until they need to make a new stunner. and then the only thing they can do is make a broken rupture specific stunner or power creep dailyn and break the game more. Or they start collapsing into narrower niches, like specific elements. like lighter if he was game breaking.
