@sub_crash Preorders are very common and run well all the time. Occasionally items can get held up during production so we do advise on our site prior to purchase that the shipping date for a preorder can change. You can also cancel for a full refund if you don't want to wait.

@merchoid I have been waiting since last November for a reorder item and have still not heard about it. 9 months is a bit extreme for someone to have to wait for an item that has already been paid for..

@merchoid that way you are not fraudulently holding people's money and collecting the interest that the buyer should be getting themselves until the item is ready to be shipped

@merchoid I'm beginning to think you never get the items in at all and just like taking money and earning interest on it which should be in my bank account. As far as I'm concerned this past 9months you shouldn't be selling things that you don't have in your warehouse

@merchoid Have tried this ni end of times and have not had a satisfactory reply. When I place an order in November for an item that says preorder for march2025. And am still waiting now this is not good for your reputation and my mood.. As this is bang out of order..
