I second you @AnsarAAbbasi sb I also prefer ‘women only’gyms or separate timings for women in gyms. But usually, almost all gyms in Islamabad offer ladies-only timings only from 11am to 3pm. From 6am to 11am and then from 3pm till 8pm, it’s mixed timing. Which is unfair for those who prefer working out in their own comfort zone according to their own schedule. If morning or evening suits them better, they are still bound to go between 11am to 3pm if they want privacy 🤷🏻‍♀️

The policy, largely driven by political tensions with the #Taliban government, resulted in widespread suffering among ordinary people who had no involvement in such conflicts. Such actions raise serious humanitarian concerns. The forced displacement of long-settled communities, particularly without adequate safeguards, due process, or respect for human dignity, represents a deeply troubling precedent. It highlights the urgent need for policies that balance national interests with compassion, fairness, and adherence to fundamental human rights. Ultimately, regardless of nationality, ordinary people should not bear the burden of political disagreements or policy shifts.
