I’ve had a great physique before around 8–11% body fat with decent muscle mass as well. But life demands different priorities at different stages. There was a phase when I had to focus more on CAT preparation, trading, and my office work, so the gym naturally took a backseat.
Right now, my priorities are finding a better job and making my trading more stable, while also bringing fitness back into my routine.

What happens when an exchange chooses growth before user recovery? There is a version of a crypto comeback story that earns respect.
You get hacked.
You explain what happened clearly.
You freeze aggressive growth.
You make users whole, or show exactly how you plan to.
Then you rebuild, slower and more carefully.
Then there is the other version.
Launch new products.
Add leverage.
Open a launchpad.
Push activity while some user funds are still locked.
The problem is not ambition. It is sequencing.
When users are still waiting after a $230M security incident, new launches do not read like recovery. They read like the exchange has moved on before its users can.
The exchanges that survive long term are the ones that understand this:
A security incident is not a PR problem. It is the biggest trust test they will ever face.

I am not writing this for any sort of sympathy but just to share an experience ...
Today I lost my maternal uncle and had to apply for emergency leave.
What genuinely surprised me was this:
The people I work and interact with daily barely even asked how my family was doing. Meanwhile, a Japanese client with whom I only have a professional connection showed more humanity, concern, and empathy than I expected.
It made me realize how different work cultures can be.
In many Japanese professional environments, respect and empathy are deeply valued, even during difficult moments. Sometimes a simple “take care” or “hope your family is okay” means more than people think.
Work will always continue. But humanity should come first.
This experience definitely gave me a different perspective on people and professional culture.
I can clearly understand the kind of humanity we people have rather than others.

NTA has cancelled the exam, but many people fail to understand how deeply this impacts students and their families.
There are parents who would have sold their land just to afford coaching, admission fees, hostel expenses, and exam preparation for their children. There are families who might have taken loans at high interest rates with the hope that education would change their child’s future.
Just think about poor families, farmers, and middle class parents who spend years saving every single penny for coaching fees, exam forms, books, travel, and accommodation. I personally know how difficult it is for parents to save money for their children’s education. I have seen my own parents sacrifice their needs and work tirelessly just so I could study and prepare for exams.
For many students, these exams are not just tests they represent hope, years of hard work, family sacrifices, and dreams of a better future.
And when exams get cancelled because of a flawed system and corruption, it completely breaks the morale of students and destroys the trust parents had in the system. Many students who were already struggling financially may now lose motivation and hope altogether.
It’s heartbreaking that honest students and hardworking parents have to suffer because of the failures of the system and the actions of a few corrupt people.

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️ to the woman who believed in me when no one else truly could.
When I was just starting my trading journey, she trusted me with the initial capital $1200 (around ₹1 lakh). For many people, it may just be a number, but for my family, it was 2/3 years of hardearned savings.
Coming from a lower middleclass family, even simple things like going to a mall or eating at a restaurant felt like luxuries.
Giving away such an amount required immense trust, and my mother had that trust in me without hesitation.
Today, whatever position I am in being able to afford things we once only dreamed about and giving her the comfort and luxury she truly deserves is because she believed in me first.
Mother’s Day may come once a year, but honestly, every day belongs to mothers like her.
I may never fully repay her sacrifices, but I’ll spend my life trying to fulfill every wish she has.
#mothersday
