@docvalj You wouldn't want to clean it. Once removed, a new one would replace it. I think 14 days or so would be enough, and maybe take a break for a few days. When he removed the last one, I didn't feel like I had to empty, and when he took it out I peed uncontrollably on him!

@subcut6 Are you able to place it back in on your own if you do take it out to clean it? If so then maybe around the 14 day mark, especially maybe if you’re able to let him watch (like during a video call) while you remove, clean, and reinsert it?

Waking up, ready to be drained. When the valve opens, the bladder drains quickly. My bladder is used to the rapid draining now, what a feeling! How long should I keep this 24 fr inside? 5 days? 10? 15?

@docvalj The longer its in, the higher the infection risk. Generally an indwelling catheter should be changed at 4 weeks. I had a 26 fr catheter in for 7 days already. @skinnyfistman put this in me. He wants me to wear it while hes away. I love the feeling in my body

@subcut6 How long can you safely leave it in for? Do you have to worry about infections if you just leave it inside for weeks at a time?

This morning I removed the 20 fr catheter and replaced it with a 30 fr. My bladder accepts it well.
