🚨 ₹1.5 LAKH LAPTOP | 6 JULY → 18 JULY | DAY 13 : STILL NO DELIVERY, NO ANSWER, AND MY LIFE IS BEING DISRUPTED EVERY DAY 🚨 @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @consaff @jagograhakjago @NCH1915 @barandbench @LiveLawIndia @PIBConsumerFood Issue started: 6 July 2026 Today: 18 July 2026 Twelve full days have passed. Today is Day 13. My ₹1.5 lakh ASUS TUF Gaming F16 is still not delivered. Flipkart repeatedly marks it “Out for Delivery,” asks me to remain available until 11 PM, and then nothing happens. The delivery executive becomes unreachable. Customer care says “logistics issue” but has no clear information. The hub gives conflicting responses. Social-media representatives call only to repeat: “Please wait another 24–48 hours.” Every “Out for Delivery” notification forces me to stop my life. I postpone work. I cancel personal plans. I ask my friend to leave his office and wait at my room. I keep the exchange laptop ready. Someone remains available until 11 PM. Then nobody arrives. This is no longer a normal delivery delay. For thirteen days, this order has controlled my daily routine, disturbed my work, affected my personal relationships and seriously damaged my mental peace. I followed Flipkart’s exchange process, selected the appropriate condition, accepted the displayed terms and cooperated at every stage. Still, one executive refused to conduct the proper assessment, other executives remained unreachable, and customer care continues sending me in circles. After thirteen days, Flipkart still cannot answer three basic questions: Where is my ₹1.5 lakh laptop? Who is responsible for completing the delivery? When will the delivery and exchange actually happen? Please stop saying: “Rest assured.” “Our team is investigating.” “You will hear from us.” “Wait another 24–48 hours.” These words have lost all meaning. I need immediate intervention from a senior Flipkart authority who can directly coordinate with Ekart and the delivery hub. Not another apology. Not another callback. Not another waiting period. ₹1.5 lakh order. Issue ongoing from 6 July to 18 July. Day 13. Twelve full days lost. Still no laptop. Still no accountability. #Flipkart #Ekart #ConsumerRights #ConsumerComplaint #DeliveryFailure #ExchangeFailure #CustomerServiceFailure #CustomerHarassment #MentalStress #EcommerceIndia #Bengaluru #LaptopExchange
