just wanted to post a quick update because it’s been a stressful fucking week: started the steroids on Tuesday and he’s finally eaten after 5 days no solids. I am a happy mom and he is a happy bean (for now) and I am so thankful how quickly everything has worked for now.

my vet basically told me i can either get emergency help to start biopsies on my cat that would cost upwards $10k or give him steroids that could risk putting him into heart failure so my day’s fucking horrible and i might lose my best friend this week
