Completed in 1938, this Art Deco apartment block in Hastings was modelled on the RMS Queen Mary. 🚢 At the time of opening, Marine Court in Hastings was the tallest residential building in Britain. It was designed by architects Kenneth Dalgleish and Roger K Pullen.

@AnneOatley I agree but... I really liked the lightbox thing plonked on the tower of the Tate Modern. I am contrary.

@subtopian I think the restoration has been done as well as you could realistically expect apart from those wretched boxes on top which disrupt its so distinctive skyline.
