Billions Store is now available via web version (still not available in Billions app yet).
Now you can buy a voucher to become a Premium User.
What's the use of this Premium?
So far, I only know that you can claim ID with other documents (other than Passport).
How to buy it?
Go to wallet.billions.network and sign in using your Billions account
Go to your Official Profile (see the picture below)
Scroll down, and you'll see Billions Store.
It's cost $40 for a year and $200 for 6 years.

gBillions everyone. There's new update on Billions app (beta version). Another verification method to claim ID (other than Passport) just released but, we need to be a Premium User to claim it. Ahh I don't know how to get Premium voucher, anyone knows it? @jgonzalezferrer @billions_ntwk
