The threshold of normal success - a new phrase I learnt yesterday.
Here is what it means
We are all surrounded by people.
For some people, getting out of poverty is success.
For some people, holding on to a good job is success.
For some people, living an above average life is success.
For some people, becoming a multi millionaire is success.
For some people, creating a true massive impact is success.
What is your definition of success?
I am asking you this, because your definition will be closely related to what people around you normalise.
What's the normalisation threshold of success for people around you?
It is most likely, that would the normalisation threshold of your success too.
What you see as impossible could be seen as normal by someone else!
What you see as normal could be seen as impossible by someone else!
This is why who you hang around is important!
Hang around people who normalise super success and it becomes normal to you too!
I repeat - hang around people who normalise super success!

High agency teams are difficult to build!
But if you can build it once, you’re set for a very long time.
You don’t need people who do what you tell them. You need people who tell you what to do.
The best way to build a solid high agency team is by learning to ask questions
- What do you think about this?
- What else could have we done here?
- What would you do if you were to solve this problem?
Make them solve problems that they’re not qualified to solve.
Put them in rooms that they’re not qualified to be in.
This is how you help them level up.
A high agency team is a high belief team.
And that belief comes first from you - the founder / the leader.
You need to show them that you trust them!
Trust them.
Build high agency teams!

I don’t take it for granted.
Offlate good things have been happening by itself.
- New ideas
- New growth
- New hobbies
- New connections
- New experiences
- New achievements
I don’t think it’s just because of my work.
I think these are given to me so they can be given to the world through me.
It’s not being given to me.
It’s being given through me. - is what I believe!
This photo is one of those experiences I’m talking about - we were invited to meet the Honourable Governor of Tamilnadu at his residence this month!
