How can I determine what version of Umbraco a site is using? I'm sure @leekelleher had a tool that gave you the things to look out for.

@YodasMyDad apparently you have to go through many security checkpoints to even reach the base of the eiffel tower. i remember eating a picnic there on a school trip 30 years ago!

Wonder how many robberies and assaults are going to happen in Paris with the Olympics and whether it will be reported. I know two different couples, who used to travel to Paris a lot for short breaks. Both have stopped going and say it's unsafe, especially for women 🤷‍♂️ #JustSaying

@YodasMyDad had a look at blazor, and your cms. it reminds me of good ole webforms, with server controls. it’s certainly a quick win for prototyping, what’s your take on it?

@rsoeteman i can remember when neil’s said that companies never upgrade their cms, that’s why you should never fear in migrations. sounds like he was/is correct :)

@AaronSadlerUK top work! - remember… ensure you are filling user requests, rather than enriching it with new features which no one asked. KISS

Some friendly feedback... It's disheartening when you release / update packages and not a get a thanks or acknowledgment.. But when someone on the inner circle releases a package / update everyone and their dog acknowledges it.. This needs to change to be considered friendly 🙂

@attack_monkey usually the first iteration is the best. it’s not until the ceos start wanting things changing that thing wonky and against web principles

I am constantly amazed at how crappy a lot of high end enterprise grade stuff is. Awful UI, terrible workflows, and just clunky to use. The kind of thing that if I delivered it to a paying client they’d kick off, big time 😂

@rsoeteman @aim24 i think i did spot one booboo, where somewhere it says it’s 149 for domain license, but then 199 somewhere else. i think it’s ‘featured’ page where it says 149

Not looked at Umbraco.com but looks like it has some new paint... Seems a bit jarring with the old & new parts of site especially when font has changed. Has Umbraco dropped the font as part of the logo as well? @umbraco ??

@AaronSadlerUK Looks ace! You should be chuffed. I just managed to mow mine before it turned into a safari park. Neighbours were already setting up lemonade stalls for the tourists :)

I don't recommend gardening in 30C heat! 😂 Grass cut and strimmed, weeds pulled and more bark... Absolutely roasting 😂

@AaronSadlerUK I’m with you there buddy. After covid I saw two sub 30yr ole FEDs not return to wrk, and my other mate having a very close call with the grim reaper. Working hard is good, but remember to take those breaks and holiday entitlements.

I can't believe it's taken me 11 years to realise this I should be putting my kids before my career I should be spending time with them rather than dealing with last minute tickets at work I didn't have a dad to fall back on, my mum wasn't interested Its taken a while to learn
