As someone diagnosed with ADHD when I was younger, I really appreciate this exchange between Lionel Richie and Joe Rogan. It’s exactly what I wish I’d heard growing up. RICHIE: “I tell all the parents, leave them alone!” ADHD medication made me a better student, but it also jacked up my heart rate and blood pressure and made me boring. Don’t rush to medicate kids.
