1st Limekilns brownies have really enjoyed the @GirlguidingScot #growandexplore2024 challenge badge. We had a great visit last week in glorious sunshine to visit Leckerstone farm and this week they made a scarecrow. The scarecrow will feature in the local scarecrow festival.

I've had an epiphany this month, and decided to actually take proper lunchbreaks and try to exercise. So far this month I have cycled 185 miles (some at weekends) and I have lots more afternoon energy and feel lots more upbeat. Wellbeing and screenbreaks, who knew, eh?
