i suppose i do this a lot. i don’t have to nor do i enjoy working 45+ hours a week at my job, but i feel like my store would fall apart if i took on less of a workload so i do it anyways

i don’t talk about this publicly because i feel like i shouldn’t but whatever. i do a lot of work with my local communities helping feed the homeless/underprivileged and i will admit sometimes it is obscenely hard. sometimes the people receiving our help are not just ungrateful but mean. it’s hard being called a bitch or a whore by someone who is receiving a free meal that you helped pay for & prepared & are now handing out for no compensation. u have to do hard things though, i guess. sometimes the only thing that keeps me doing this is my ability to withstand it all lol
