My goals + rules for the rest of summer Current: 121 (55kg) 06-27-26 Goal: 95 (43kg) 08-20-26 Rules: - 500cals mon-fri (1k sat/sun) - 80g protein daily - gym 5x a week - 5k steps min. - Whole Foods only - Exceptions: protein bars/ shakes, coffee, & energy drinks

@giseleeeyy I can’t eat eggs I’m vegan, but I do eat avocados and stuff like that which are healthy fats

@sugarbgs I’d really recommend you eat some healthy fats source (can even just be whole eggs or 5% minced beef), if you don’t get any fat your body can’t absorb certain vitamins and it will really fuck you up

I’m gonna start a diet where the only things I can eat are fruits and veggies (aside from my protein bars) bc all this processed shit is RUINING my progress

@sheddotmov I have a gym membership, but I do more than just walk

be so honest with me oomfies is a gym membership worth it just for the treadmill or is it more cost effective just to get a walking pad

@littldiary Bro this is too true bc I “recovered” and now I weigh almost the same as I did six years ago when this whole disorder started and it’s sending me into such a bad relapse and I feel bad but like I never wanted to recover in the first place

“forced recovery” should be renamed “everyone around you making you gain weight to make them feel better without actually caring about how mentally ill you are”
