Trying to find my status of my claim that’s been opened for 7 days. Called @UPSCapital and Rep just kept telling me to file a claim through UPS and then proceed to give me a random UPS number.
@cpt_inshaneo@UPS Going through the same thing but in Secaucus NJ since 7/24. My package is larger than a toddler and 16lbs. So not sure how can it be “lost”
Another week, another @UPS package stuck tracking on “on the way”, was suppose to receive a package today and now say delayed. 2 packages in 2 weeks. (Dejavu?) Where are my packages? Nothing on service alerts page. I’m so fed up with UPS.
@EOutten417@UPS Yep! Called customer service and was told to file a claim. And I asked if filing a claim would do any help on having the package delivered or updated. They said it’ll just get reimbursed. Which is pretty much forfeiting and taking a loss on it. Absolutely no help at all. 🤬
@MaiAnnie@UPS Same except in Harrington, DE. Chat is AI & worthless. Phone cust svc isn’t any better & heavily accented so it’s difficult to understand on top of it. Buyer can’t file claim, shipper is told buyer has to. Buyer told shipper has to do it. We are both over it.
Can @UPS explain why my package have been stuck at Secaucus, NJ for 7 days, no update/movement and now saying : information not available? Beyond upset. My buyer was suppose to receive the package 2 days ago.
