Day 1. Wsg guys. First post on here, I’ll be sharing daily updates as I build and scale my brand - partly to keep myself accountable, partly to show the journey in real time. I launched this brand on August 6th and since then it’s done just under 20k in sales. The goal now is to push for 50k/month by the end of Q4. Each day I’ll post what I worked on, where I’m improving, and the lessons along the way. Time to lock in and keep building.

Day 116. Wsg guys. Another bad day. Have spoken to a couple people and decided that I’m going to give this another couple of days. New angles going out tomorrow. Bless up. Margins today: -100% :) See you all tomorrow.

Day 115. Wsg guys. Better day today, had a sale from new product. Ads optimising nicely too. Exited to see how this goes. Margin today: -5% See you all tomorrow.

Day 114. Wsg guys. Busy day putting out more ads for this product, let’s see how day 3 goes. Margin today: -20% See you all tomorrow.

Day 113. Wsg guys. First day test went alright, no sales but decent metrics - added more ads today. Let’s see how it goes. Margin today -100% See you all tomorrow.

Day 112. Wsg guys. Been super busy launching this new product, have finally got it out today. Will keep you all updated. Margin today: 70% See you all tomorrow.

Day 111. Wsg guys, good output done today. Tired, sleepy & goodnight. Also, just came across this pretty cool app on Shopify - Disputifier, would highly recommend. Margin today: 70% See you all tomorrow.

Day 110. Wsg guys. Been super locked in today. Research docs done, store 90% done. Tomorrow I will finish the store, get copy done and launch this product. Testing with a lot of intent. Hope this goes well. Margin today: 70% (all previous product MRR) See you all tomorrow.

Day 109. Wsg guys. Have decided on a product - pdp + research docs + copy will all be done tomorrow. Let’s see how this goes. Margin today: 0% See you all tomorrow.

Day 108. Wsg guys. Got some things done today, narrowed down to 5 potential products, will do a bit more research on them - finalise the product, make the store + ads and get it rolling very very soon. Margin today: 70% (all orders from previous prod MRR) See you all tomorrow.

Day 103. Wsg guys. Product is off but MRR continues to come in. Have been looking for new products today, deep diving on reddit, even considering formulating a product - going to make this next product test count. Margin today: 70% See you all tomorrow.

Day 102. Wsg guys. After some careful consideration today, I’ve decided to cut the product I was running. I tested multiple angles and multiple ad concepts, but nothing really stuck. After giving it a full month and a proper run, I’m comfortable saying it just wasn’t the one. That said, the product still did around $12k in revenue, which isn’t bad at all. I’m not big on testing products just to dump them quickly - that’s why I genuinely tried to make this work. I’m honestly over pump and dumps. I’m focused on building a real, long term brand, and if that means trenching for a couple of months, I’m completely fine with that. I always say this but, It’s inevitable I’ll make it, just a matter of time. I’ll keep updating you all. For now, I’m back on the hunt for the next product. Bless up. Let’s crush 2026. Day 101. Happy New Year everyone. Not much of an update today - been busy all day. Was literally writing this when a sale came through. First Shopify sale of 2026? 👀

Day 100. 100 days straight. No skips. No excuses. Whether I was up or completely down, I still showed up and posted every single day. Didn’t fake it, didn’t disappear, just kept it real regardless of where I was at. Today’s a bit different. Took time to reflect on where I started vs where I am now. Honestly? I’m not happy with the progress. I thought I’d be further ahead by now. But I also can’t complain - I stayed consistent when most people would’ve stopped. No quitting. No slowing down. We keep going.
