@zomatocare received a stale cake and this date got visible after the cake was consumed. And your support is not even providing a full refund for the same. Get back to me ASAP.

@bewakoof it’s been 48 hours. No call, no change. I need my due refund else I’ll lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

@bewakoof I still haven’t received my order and it’s been more than 15 days. This is the height of pathetic service. Neither do your customer service people call back nor am I getting my due refund. Quite literally making a fool out of your consumers.

@bewakoof I had ordered 3 Tees on 11th December. The scheduled delivery date was 12th December and 13th December. It still shows that my order is ready to ship. It’s been 9 days and I’ve tried reaching out to support team but received no response.
