"The woman in the photo is named Rola. She says she found the phrase (There is no god but Allah) engraved in Arabic script on the walls of her grandmother's house in Spain... And when she asked her mother in astonishment, her mother revealed to her secrets that had been kept for hundreds of years and told her that her ancestors were Muslims:
"Oh Rola, your ancestors lived in a time when the (Inquisition campaigns) showed no mercy, and they monitored every aspect of our lives; the people running those campaigns would first search the (bathrooms) as soon as they entered the house; because your ancestors were the pinnacle of cleanliness and purity, using water in the bathroom instead of paper towels.
They monitored water consumption; so anyone who bathed a lot or purified their home and sprinkled the courtyards with water would immediately be accused of performing ablution and praying... And their punishment was death! So they would purify their homes in complete secrecy and with extreme caution.
The Quran and prayer beads:
Finding a piece of paper with an Arabic letter or (prayer beads) meant the end for that person... So they would engrave the declaration of faith inside the stone and cover it with paint, and they would count prayers with their fingers inside their pockets.
A tongue that bears witness to the truth:
To this day, Spaniards utter words like (ojalá) whose origin is (inshallah), and the word (olá) whose origin is (wallah), and even the word (cabreír) to describe cruelty, taken from (kafir), which our ancestors used to describe those who betrayed the covenant and double-crossed the Muslims at that time.
My daughter, even in death, your ancestors would deceive death to keep their faith alive... So to this day, in villages in southern Spain, when someone passes away, people recite mournful melodies and ambiguous words like (laila... laila) or (lala e lala).. They think it's just a tune for farewell, but the truth that our ancestors hid from the eyes of the Inquisition courts is that it's a distortion of the declaration of faith (There is no God but Allah).. They would teach the deceased Muslims the testimony through 'the melody' so the authorities wouldn't understand, and the word remained on the tongues of the descendants as a 'sound' after its original meaning was lost in the hearts for hundreds of years."
And in the end, Rola announced her decision, saying: "After everything I've learned, I can no longer stay silent.. I must now be a Muslim just like my ancestors, I want to return to their true image and carry the trust they engraved on the walls with their blood and souls."
And Rola recounts with heartache what happened after her conversion to Islam: "Since entering Islam, I've started crying for them by days, weeks, and months.. I would ask myself bitterly: I wonder what you must have felt, my ancestors, when the inquisitors entered your homes to search them? What was your feeling in those moments? With every nightfall, and with every prostration I make now, my tears pour forth with longing and pain for what they endured."

@alapo_ You won't see people under this post, people would bask in the delusion that allah is merciful, Allah Is forgiving, but forgets how severe his punishment is, yes! Allah is merciful but don't take it for granted, his punishment is severe but don't lose hope!

Zina is very despicable, it's unfortunate that it's belittled today.
The legal punishment for adultery is beating for the unmarrieds and stoning to death for the marrieds after it has been verified and it will be authorized by the authority.
The two ways to verify Zina is when four witnesses see the male organ inside the female woman or that the one who committed Zina confess himself/herself.
Zina is very despicable, it is from the worse sin with great consequence.
From the worst case I have heard of Zina is a woman who deliberately committed Zina to punish her husband.
Such a woman and the man with whom she committed the Zina under Islamic authority should be stoned to death.
Zina is a very big sin. Unfortunately, many parents take it little with their daughters and sons.
It is unfortunate that some elites even know that their sons and daughters are commiting Zina. It's a shame.
Allah said; "The fornicatress and the fornicator, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allâh, if you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment." Surah An-Nur 24 vs 2
"A male fornicator would only marry a female fornicator or idolatress. And a female fornicator would only be married to a fornicator or idolater. This is ˹all˺ forbidden to the believers." Surah An-Nur 24:3
It's not lawful for a chaste Muslim man of Īmān to marry women of Zina, women who publicize their Zina on social media.
Marry a chaste woman, marry a chaste man.
However, If a man sincerely repents from Zina then he can marry a chaste woman. Likewise a woman who sincerely repents from Zina.
"As for those who repent, believe, and do good deeds, they are the ones whose evil deeds Allah will change into good deeds. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful." Surah Al-Furqan 25:70
Avoid women who commit Zina. Some women don't care once he has money. Avoid men who commit Zina.
Zina is not a thing that should be taken lightly.
May Allah save us from this evil.
If you have committed Zina, go and make sincere repentance.
Those women who do zina and post them, Allah can accept their Tawbah.
O woman make Tawbah.
O man make Tawbah.
And follow it with a lot of goodness.
Allah will cleanse you and forgive you.

If your ideology teaches you to rejoice when a Muslim, who simply does not belong to your group or sect, passes away, then Shayṭān is your master.
If your ideology trains your tongue to curse Muslims or to vilify scholars because they do not align with your orientation, then Shayṭān is your teacher.
If your ideology emboldens you to hastily declare Muslims as munāfiq or kāfir over matters of interpretation and fiqh, then your role model is Shayṭān.
If your ideology permits you to bypass the Sharʿī guardianship of a woman by declaring her father a disbeliever in order to suit your desires, then your understanding is being driven by Shayṭān.
If your ideology makes you believe that truth is confined only to your circle and that all others are astray, then Shayṭān has beautified arrogance in your heart.
If your ideology causes you to reject centuries of scholarship and to elevate your limited understanding above the collective legacy of the Ummah, then Shayṭān has deceived you.
If your ideology thrives on division, hostility, and constant condemnation rather than wisdom, mercy, and unity, then it is not a path of guidance but a pathway opened by Shayṭān.
If your ideology makes you speak about Allāh’s religion without knowledge, confidence without training, and boldness without humility, then Shayṭān is the one giving you that courage.
If your ideology pushes you to humiliate, expose, and scandalise fellow Muslims instead of advising them with sincerity and compassion, then Shayṭān is your companion.
If your ideology turns disagreement into enmity and difference into hatred, then it has departed from the Prophetic path and aligned with the whisperings of Shayṭān.
Assess your ideology.

This is Ibn Rushd. He is one of the greatest minds in Islamic history.
I will be talking about him soon, and how much they have tried to erase Islamic history from Spain. It was an eyesore for me.
They preach tolerance today, but they violently wiped an entire civilization from the map. They tried to hide the legacy, but the walls of Cordoba still remember.

@IdrisAOni1 I tell them
Dey would say ... this is politics, it's law, engineering et al but when it comes to Islam because someone attended Halqah and had studied Kitaabu tawhid they would be interfering in matter that needs
Deep usul fiqh, mustalahu Hadith and differences of scholarship

One of the major problems facing Muslims today is the unchecked culture of uninformed opinions in matters of religion. Everyone wants to speak, agree, or disagree, even on complex issues, regardless of whether they possess the required knowledge or training. This would never be tolerated in fields like medicine or law, where expertise is respected and boundaries are clear. Yet, when it comes to Islām, a religion built upon rigorous scholarship and disciplined sciences, many approach it casually, as though it requires no qualification.
This is a dangerous trend that must be addressed. The dīn is not a playground for intellectual experimentation or impulsive commentary. Speaking about Allāh’s religion without knowledge is a grave matter with serious consequences. Muslims must learn to distinguish between seeking knowledge and issuing judgments. Respect for scholars, restraint in speech, and humility before sacred knowledge are not optional, they are essential. Without them, confusion spreads, truth is diluted, and the integrity of the religion is compromised.

Moses found out I was teaching at a university in Germany. He approached me and asked how he could bring his fiancée from Nigeria to Germany on a student visa. I told him there were two options: a blocked account or sponsorship (“Verpflichtungserklärung”). Authorities often reject the latter because it has been exploited by many people - a story for another day.
He is a hustler with basic literacy who, however, works hard to support himself and his family back in Africa. In contrast, his fiancée is a graduate, works as a journalist, and is willing to pursue her postgraduate studies. That is why he chose to explore university admission to bring her here immediately after marriage.
Moses invested over €11,000 to open a blocked account for her, rented her an apartment in the city where her university is and went to Nigeria for their traditional marriage. Soon after the wedding, the newlyweds returned to Germany. A few years later, God blessed them with two beautiful children. She graduated and relocated to the city where Moses works.
Moses travelled to Nigeria to visit his family. While there, unusual rashes appeared around his thigh and private parts. Naturally, he informed his wife. He even had to delay his return to Germany to recover fully at home. He had no idea his wife suspected anything.
On the day he returned, his wife asked for a divorce. He told me that nothing ever shocked him more. Why? She accused him of sleeping with other women in Nigeria, which she claimed led to him contracting an STD. Moses did everything he could to convince her it was a flat lie, but she took their two kids and left the house. For three months, she has not returned.
She now lives in a different house (given to her by local authorities!) while he has to cover most of their bills. He regrets marrying her, sponsoring her education, and much more. He wishes her harm, but I warned him to stop. I do my best to calm him and encourage him to move on.
Although I haven’t heard her side of the story, I trust Moses. I know him quite well and know some of the struggles and sacrifices he had to make to bring her to Germany. If he did not respect marriage, he wouldn’t have married (her) in the first place.
Fear God and fear the betrayal of someone you have helped.

“Because of your kindness, love, and support, we have been able to raise N15 million so far for Salawdeen Fathia's life-saving brain tumor surgery.
We are deeply grateful but we are not there yet she still urgently needs A5,000,000 more to undergo the full treatment and surgeries recommended by the doctors.
Time is still very critical Fathia is a new mother, still fighting to stay alive and regain her sight after being diagnosed just weeks after childbirth. Every second counts, and every contribution brings her closer to survival.”

@sulaimon126 @zyainy We would only be right to assume that he or she hasn't denounced the faith. We judge only by the apparent. We leave the rest to Allah.

@IdrisAOni1 @zyainy Ayyakumu llah
How do we know he has not renounce or have doubt about his/her religion?
And the fact that, people will be raise upon what they died on.
English

@zyainy Yes, the Muslim will be buried in accordance with Islamic rites as long as it can be confirmed that he or she died a Muslim. Attending a specific, non-religious programme in a Church does not nullify the Islam of a Muslim.
