i don’t want to spiral any further so i’m gonna try to stay sober for a week

this is genuinely what i've been doing for the past week or so now

i do speed just to end up spending all night rewatching the vampire diaries

my doctor is onto me lol he keeps expressing concern about my weight loss

comedown rough as hell it’s 7 am and i still haven’t been able to sleep

i am freezing but also sweating excessivelyyy

water feels so thick on uppers i don’t like it

no more stimulant abuse i say while knowing i still have like 3g left

i genuinely think whatever stimulant induced psychosis i went through last summer permanently altered something in my brain

i just measured my waist again and it’s 55 cm / 21.6 inches now

scared to weigh myself because i just know i’ve gained weight
