@KingSalman Since Friday the care team @Motawif_SA is saying we are having issue with the payment system the @MoHU_Enis not taking care of the issue- Looks like they do not care if we miss the HAJJ this year care team does not check there emails and keep on asking us to DM

@Motawif_SA i am not able to make the payments either please let me know if there is a work around for this.i have made 6 attempts but of all them failed.please advise.

@Motawif_SA @Ismail_Patel_ We have enough money in the banks but we are still being rejected for payments i even called the bank they said the transaction never hit the bank meaning it never got a request to withdraw thw money and my bank said the problem is on the vendor side.

@Motawif_SA Motawif team, i got selected in the draw but now my payments are not going thru can someone look into it ...i tried 4 times with different cards but each time the transaction is being rejected. Even called and emailed motawif team please let me know when can i retry.
