@VoltasBeko I am out of the country (+97450141190) and your local team is continuously fooling my elderly parents back home with stupid excuses like 'running a fan near the fridge' instead of fixing it. Spent 54k + 10k repair, still no cooling! Resolve this or I am heading to Consumer Court.

Defective product & pathetic service by @VoltasBeko! Bought RSB585XPE fridge for ₹54,500. Already paid ₹10,000 for repairs but still NO COOLING! Now service center is giving absurd excuses to "keep a fan running near the fridge". Resolve or replace immediately!

Absolutely pathetic! Paid ₹54,500 for @VoltasBeko fridge & spent ₹10,000 on repairs, but STILL NO COOLING. Now giving ridiculous excuses to "run a fan near it". Take IMMEDIATE ACTION—either REPLACE this defective piece, REFUND my money, or FIX it today! @jago grahak jago
