Came to Rajasthan this morning to see the farmhouse land we Invested in So glad to see it come alive! 18+ acres of legally registered farmhouse community (a challenge in Haryana). Has a connectivity with a state highway. Aravallis on three sides. Have been here on Gurgaon’s worst AQI days, right now the weather is beautiful but there’s a significant difference from Gurgaon (check below) Has a club, sustainable water harvesting, a km of pedestrian walkways and hills that you can simply trail up But beyond all this what had stood out for me was… The man behind it: Ex-CFO of a big listed RE company who quit his top job to develop such farmhouse communities. Extremely Credible & Passionate, His first Project in which he is putting his heart & soul into it. I know what it means when a person is trying to prove something when they are starting on their own. That hunger, that level of skin in the game, it’s hard to replicate that again! Shaping up exactly how he had presented in that brochure So glad to have picked the right horse!
