Для нас важливо, що Рада Україна – НАТО буде інструментом інтеграції, а не просто партнерства. Поки ми йдемо до членства в НАТО, Україна потребує дієвих гарантій безпеки – саме на шляху в Альянс. Зараз маємо відповідний пакет гарантій, і я прошу вас підтримати та приєднатись до нього. Наразі зафіксовано, що на шляху до членства України в НАТО не буде потрібно Плану дій щодо членства. І це справедливо. Дякую вам за це визнання. Окремо хочу звернути увагу на формулювання щодо «умов», до яких маємо прийти, щоб отримати запрошення в НАТО. Абсолютна більшість наших людей розраховує на конкретику щодо цих умов. Ми сприймаємо їх саме як безпекові умови. Ми розуміємо, що Україна не може стати членом НАТО, поки триває війна. As a BBC news presenter who got sacked after standing up for myself publicly as an openly gay man, the mishandling and homophobia at the BBC and in the media generally comes as no surprise at all. Gay men are being demonised as perverts. It is all quite deliberate. Vile.
