No Running or Training for the past 7 months hasn’t been the easiest of transitions into retirement, to say the least!
Hopefully get pain free for the first time in 18 months, and get myself fit ❤️

Glad to finally get an answer on my knee that’s plagued me for the past 18 months… better late than never i suppose 🫣🙃
Been in agony for far too long + knew something wasn’t right, especially training / playing on it last season 😫
