Would be helpful to evaluate a larger sample of these to get a better idea of where each stacks up!

With the @Cubs signing Alex Bregman, we ran our Oyster Sim to assess the signing. Despite the big paycheck, our simulator believes that the addition of Bregman will only marginally help the Cubs, who already possess solid RHH infield depth. Link to our work in bio!

Adding 1mph of bat speed translates to +1.2mph of Exit Velocity and approximately 4-7 MORE FEET of distance on batted balls.
With Swanson’s already improved Squared Up%, this small change would have a huge impact on his production
