@thinwolfhard Yesss! I am 5’8, when I was 115 I had big hips and quads but looking back I was still really tiny (I thought I was still huge). Now that I’m 180 my love handles are enormous and truly mine were hard to see, I just have big hips in general. I feel u boo!!

@ittybttybea It does!! I’m 5’8, when I was 115 lbs I did still have a bit on my butt but man it’s so much worse now since I’ve gained 65 lbs….rah it’s the worst but I do know it can get better 😌

@l1aastrv I genuinely can’t stop once I’ve started, one time I did manage to stop and just sobbed for like 2 hours and then binged cause I was already upset at myself lmfao…honestly I think all I can try is to prevent them from happening but idk what 2 do when I’m in one

@inebriane These were mine at bmi 18, i think your legs look pretty! I wish mine were thin all the way to the upper thigh but I’ve always held upper thigh fat for whatever reason

@youar3mypluto It’s okkkk I tried recovery for the second time but I gained even more than my first time. Thank you for that!! I want to try to be slow and consistent, I have at minimum 40 lbs to lose and at most like 70, I’m 5’8 173cm haha I hope we can be moots! I need friends :’)

@wonyzhrn Def omad! Idk if ur doing anything with weights but it matters a lot to fuel the days after while you recover. If im just walking/cardio I’ll try to keep the fast going and only drink bone broth for the protein and salt (get low salt vers!), 4 cups for 40g protein for 120cal :D

@NATSBONES Incline walking!! I usually average like 600 cals at 12% incline 3.2 mph, but if I’m more chill I’ll do like 2.5 mph and 7% incline
