@malpani Most of the cctv cameras installed alongside the road are by the Traffic police and they're reluctant to share until & unless there's a law & order issue. Secondly, even if proactively shared there's no surety that the concerned authorities will act swiftly. We're getting 1/2

All good founders I know are busy building a prompt library (as they should). However, the prompt isn't the asset. The context you put into it is. Deeper down the discipline of thinking hard about your context is the real asset. Your ICP's feedback, why a certain variable is key, baseline expectation of output quality, your objection handling, pricing logic, your non-negotiables, that's the IP. A competitor can copy your prompts in 10 minutes. They can't copy years of customer insight baked into them. Most founders don't write this institutional knowledge down anywhere. Prompt libraries force that discipline. That's the actual value not the prompts themselves. Don't templatize mediocrity faster. Templatize what makes you different.

Day 1 of the AI Impact Summit turned to be a pain for us. I came genuinely excited, it was the first time the summit was being hosted in India, and I wanted to show up personally to support the ecosystem and the government’s push. But what happened next was shocking. At 12 noon, security personnel arrived to sanitise and cordon off the area ahead of the visit by PM Modi visit at 2pm. I explained that we’re building India’s first patented AI wearable at NeoSapien and requested a chance to showcase it. One officer told others to let me stay, and they left. Then another group came and ordered us to leave immediately. Seemed like there was lack of co-ordination between the security itself. I asked: “Should we take our wearables?” They said, others are leaving even laptops behind, security will take care. Trusting them, I left. Hoping that the wearables will be safe, and If I am lucky, it might catch the eye of PM Modi. Gates were closed from 12–6pm. Much much longer than expected. Later we found out that our wearables were stolen. Think about this: We paid for flights, accommodation, logistics and even the booth. Only to see our wearables disappear inside a high-security zone. If only security and official entourage had access, how did this happen? This is extremely disappointing.

This video caught my attention a lot ! In Kozhikode, Kerala, an elderly woman confronted a scooty rider using the footpath.She blocked his way, refusing to let him pass.Rider tried to push ahead.She took out her phone, photographed the number plate.Eventually, she forced him to return to the road. Now, this is the social responsibility each one of us has to demonstrate and show if the attitude to #traffic rules has to change a little atleast. Most of us speak a lot on social media etc but when it comes to such social action, we tend to just ignore and go away! Can we do a little more, like this brave old lady , and not leave the entire thing to the #police . Your pressure itself will force the others to fall in line.Let’s follow traffic rules and make others follow it 🙏🏻
