After spending a lot of money and being told its to improve our ability to break down low blocks and play more control based football, how have we ended up going to Paris and trying to play a low block ourselves with a total new formation that relied on Macca and Grav to cover huge distances and long throws from Gomez. Every coach near the end completely loses it, Slot totally lost it tonight. We’re in huge danger of completely falling off and finishing outside top 5. There needs to be some drastic changes starting from the very top #LFC

Sometimes in life doing nothing and hoping things get better tends to make matters worse. Sadly without change we will see more of these performances. If your team is not happy and are suffering with bad form, the leader has to take accountability. Does it look like we are playing for the coach?

We will not improve under this current structure. It is evident on the pitch. If there is no change, then today performance will be what we get till the end of the season. I won’t say the players don’t care but a drop off of even 10% in effort will show like it did today after that pen was converted!! Mentally they are cooked, no response, just there chasing shadows and if the opposition allow, pointless passing with no end product.

Games of football are played every few days these days which means landscapes can change very quickly and so can thoughts. I have a feeling ,and it’s only a feeling , if we get smashed by PSG there could be a change before end of season. I didn’t think there would be after speaking to a few people but now I feel different. #LFC

@GrizzKhan It’s too late now, we need some sort of trigger. The club is dying and unless a spark is lit, we are going to suffer more!! The fans, players and even coaches are drained of energy, nothing left in the tank!! We must make top 5 and rebuild, otherwise this phase could take years🤷🏽‍♂️

I’ll say it for the last time this season. We have to learn from the end of Fergie’s time at Utd and Wengers at Arsenal where not enough tough calls were made to halt the fall off. There needs to be some very very difficult calls and I’m not talking about the coach which should be the easiest of the lot. I’m talking of moving on Alisson , Vvd , Robbo , Macca and of course Salah. All absolute legends of the club and we thank them all for making us good again but all of them have seen better days and need to go . That’s not disrespect , that’s just life. The worrying part at this stage is I dont see any leaders in current batch. We need to have a major reset on and off the pitch I feel and I fear we may need another season of transition. @TheLfcKop Sadly our goats have run their course and are now well past their best. Our expectations and what’s actual are miles apart. The sooner we accept this, the less we expect but eventually we must move on.
