@SeanMoy98947674 If a cv states they have worked in all areas of a farm of our scale it is highly likely it contains false information. Especially if they have only been with us for a short period of time. You need a really Good BS filter in a lot of cases .

@SeanMoy98947674 Awh it depends not all are good ones. Few going here and there across the company but C.V's should be checked were possible as training is very job specific and not general. Breeders are only breeders Operators are only operators Etc.
