@RailwaySeva @drmadiwr I hv recd a response on Rail Madad stating Segregated area f4 lactating women is arranged in Waiting hall. I hv uploaded the photo of Waiting hall. It is absolutely unhygienic and there is no segregated area for lactating mothers. Such an insensitive and irresponsible reply.

Shocking! Ahmedabad Railway Station has no waiting room (under renovation), no temporary facility, no baby feeding room. We had to book a hotel for 2 hrs layover. Passengers forced to sleep on platforms & lobby! @RailMinIndia @SP_WR_Amd @AshwiniVaishnaw @AmitShah @narendramodi

@drmadiwr @RailwaySeva The temporary area is unhygienic. No facilities for lactating mothers. There has to be some sensitivity. Alternate covered and hygienic facilities should be made available before undertaking renovation.

@RailwaySeva @sun_savla The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. The renovation work is being under process in the waiting room. A temporary waiting area is available to the passenger near gate number 04 where benches and fans are available.

My mother has been hospitalized since 25th Sep 2025. We availed cashless facility, but even after providing all required documents, our claim isn’t approved. @careinsuranceIN keeps asking for more docs & our agent is unhelpful. No direct support, only IVR. Discharge is stuck.
