Well earned sleep after 3 days of giving my all to The Torn Veil. I try to raise the bar as much as possible with each set, especially in terms of originality. I leave nothing on the table. Aiming for a Mid-September release.

Timelapses cheapen the process. My three hours of art are not worth the same as your 30 seconds of On-Demand content.

I think either way I’ll be in a boat where I’ll be learning clip studio xD in the end it couldn’t hurt to learn something new, it just took so long to be able to sit down and get a nice flow going in photoshop without having to figure out where something is, keybinds, or how to do something without stopping everything to watch a YouTube video haha. It’ll be like driving a car that isn’t mine for a bit. Have a good one Dale! Im off to bed 🫶

Yeah man i just dont like photoshop, clip studio is made for my style of drawing so it worked out well and wacom used to be the lead for tablets but now the tech has gotten so good that a Samsung tablet can work just as well, it might not be super duper precise like a wacom or a high end tablet and might not feel as smooth but really if you set it up right its fine and youd never notice. Would just be that youd need to learn a new program but I could always give tips and most of the stuff you'd use in photoshop is on there, expect maybe fancy stuff but I think you can download mods and stuff for it

Ready to upgrade my Wacom One. Probably the best 300 dollars I’ve ever spent… 7 years ago! I want to stick with Wacom but holy cow the Cintiqs are soo expensive! The Movinkpad Pro 14 would be great and it’s a mobile tablet that can be used as a pen display… but it’s only a 1” upgrade in size 🤔 Huion looks like it’s a competitive product at a way better price point. Anyone have experience with Pen Displays or are most people rocking the IPads?

Ooh I hope hit your savings goal soon! I watched like 10 Huion reviews and all in all people seem really happy with the products.. for like 1/2 the price! Well whoever ends up getting a Huion first will have to let the other know 😂 After writing a book long comment to Dale, it kinda helped me decide as I was writing it to probably just get a Huion while working on computer and a tablet for when I want to be mobile. Since my Wacom still works and I was looking more just to upgrade, I think now I just need to settle on which tablet

@SundoArt Nice set up Sundo ! Im currently saving up to buy myself a PC and graphic pad. Wacom is too expensive but im targeting huion. If everything goes well this year. Im rocking the ipad right now.
