@CRYPTIDKILL just also be sure to hydrate if taking acid reflux meds!!! they love to cause constipation 😭

@CRYPTIDKILL ME TOOOOOO its def acid reflux LMAO I try to stay on taking my acid reflux meds (esomeprazole magnesium and/or pepcid) and it doesnt stop them Completely but it reduces the frequency in which i get them...

I get hiccups every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and they’re so deep 😭 TORTURE

@CRYPTIDKILL l exfoliating face soap + pimple patches are my lifesaver when i get acne (to stop me from touching them) :3 i have cute colorful star shaped pimple patches

what do yall use for acne?? mines been really flaring :( i think bc of stress but i need product help lol
