i will never be convinced that leaving was truly his own decision. heeseung always seemed so proud and hopeful when talking about his future with the group, but now, when he mentions his upcoming album, his voice sounds completely different much more subdued and without the same joyful energy as before.

some of u are turning a blind eye to the fact belift admitted enhypen can’t pursue solo activities while being in enhypen bc “group schedules are extremely demanding”… in other words overworking them n restricting their creative freedom, and are more focused on trying to paint heeseung as the villain. the sin: vanish wrapping up roughly 2 months ago, already planning/practicing for a concert/tour (possibly in may from the hints), current fansign happening, future ones, fancalls coming up, possible album in the works, etc and everything will become more difficult trying to make adjustments in regards to a concert/album in such a short time if may truly is the speculation. it shouldn’t be normalized just bc it’s “the idol life”. all this misdirected anger shouldn’t be projected onto the members but rather the company.

the whole “breach of contract” theory is honestly one of the dumbest takes going around. heeseung has openly talked for YEARS about wanting to release solo music while still being part of enhypen. so acting like he’s suddenly “making music behind belifts’s back” makes zero sense. this isn’t new or secret information. we knew about him working on his own music for a really long time so why are we acting surprised now? at this point, it’s obvious some ot6 are just reaching for anything to avoid holding belift accountable and instead redirecting the blame onto him.

before people keep throwing around “breach of contract,” please understand what that actually means in a real legal sense. i’ve explained everything i could based on what i’ve understood and looked into 👇 a contract breach is not a rumor, not a theory and definitely not “he wanted to make his own music.” it’s a serious legal violation that leads to immediate consequences which includes lawsuits, penalties or termination. companies don’t stay silent on breaches, they act on them. now let’s be realistic for a second. heeseung has been openly talking about making his own music and mixtape since 2024. not privately, not secretly but in front of fans. he even has production involvement in “Highway 1009.” on top of that, there’s “Dial Tragedy” under the name “EVXN,” shared through weverse and even his production process shown in EN-loG episodes with apro uploaded on enhypen’s official youtube channel. this isn’t hidden work. this is documented, public and acknowledged activity. so ask yourself this logically. do you really think a company wouldn’t know about something that is being created, shared and even posted through their own official platforms? this industry doesn’t work the way some of you think it does. nothing happens without the company knowing. studio sessions, recordings, production credits everything is tracked, approved and managed. you don’t “secretly” prepare music for years under a company like this. it’s simply not possible and most importantly, if there was an actual breach, he wouldn’t still be under the same company. companies don’t keep artists who violate contracts. they take legal action or terminate them. the fact that there’s no lawsuit, no official accusation and no legal consequence already tells you everything you need to know. also someone who was just talking about future plans with the group doesn’t suddenly “betray” everything overnight. situations like this are never one sided and it’s naive to reduce it all to one person without considering the company’s role in it. what’s actually happening right now is people taking incomplete information and turning it into full narratives and the more it spreads, the more people start believing it without questioning anything. this is exactly why we need a clear, official statement. without it, assumptions will keep growing and certain parts of the fandom will keep pushing their own versions until it gets accepted as truth. that doesn’t help anyone. it just creates more confusion and unnecessary damage. at the end of the day, preparing for your future as an artist is not a crime. wanting to grow musically is not betrayal and using legal terms without understanding them doesn’t make the argument stronger. it just exposes the lack of logic behind it. if you’re going to speak, atleast speak with understanding.
