Question for @careinsuranceIN: If your own agent and underwriter fails, why is the penalty on me? I'm being punished for your employee's error. Protecting your commission chain shouldn't void my benefits of 8-year-old policy. @PTI_News @FinMinIndia

@careinsuranceIN, before you send another "standard" email, answer this: Will you interview your agent (authorised/intermediary) & underwriter? Will you correct the false "No Past Claim" record? Will you review the actual medical evidence?

Let's be clear: This isn't just a claim dispute. It's a system failure. Agent gave wrong info. Underwriter didn't verify. Grievance cell sends template replies. Who's accountable? @careinsuranceIN , your "standard response" is the problem. #SystemicFailure #ConsumerRights

Here is @careinsuranceIN public response stating they have "addressed" my email. However, their standard reply does not address the documented agent & underwriter negligence or the false "No Past Claim" policy. The core issues remain. #CareHealthInsurance
