every day is a new win for me.
some days it's trying a fear food and enjoying it (no, doesn't mean it's safe now unfortunately), or disliking it. other times it's just getting through the day. i am trying to build my distress tolerance so that my disorder doesn't consume my life

people without arfid don't understand that to my brain, a fear food & an actual physical threat and danger are the exact same thing. and to be honest, 9 times out of 10 i'd probably rather chance the physical harm over the idea of eating an unsafe food.. maybe 10 times out of 10
