@aflac imagine having a Aflac cancer policy for 30 yrs.Unfortunately, get cancer & use your policy . you are submitting documentation & proof &only 1/3 of your claim is being paid. You have to try to file an appeal each time. There’s no # to call. I suspect AI is reading claims
