⚠️ If I had a nickel for every time the 8 car got a flat tire and the 97 spun on the same lap, I'd have two nickels - which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. Caution with 67 to go.

Even more urgency for NASCAR to find a way to settle the case after this ruling today. This means NASCAR cannot tell the jury the teams could just go to IndyCar or F1 if they didn’t like the terms. The jury will decide if NASCAR is a monopoly in this much narrower marketplace.

Big 23XI / Front Row win today -- Judge Bell has granted summary judgment on market definition of "premier stock-car racing" and that NASCAR has power in that market -- trial will be focused on whether NASCAR unlawfully exercised its power in that market.

What a strange vibe at the track. I’m having trouble putting into words. It’s like oddly subdued. If the format wasn’t already changing, I’d feel outrage and anger. But it is changing. It just didn’t change soon enough. I feel bad for Zilisch. But at the same time, I also feel bad for Love. Because the reaction to the format is not fair to him after he had the performance of his life. He shouldn’t have to apologize for it or defend it. The fact a championship could be accompanied by such a numb feeling is obviously another sign the system needs to change. But again, it already is. Last night was a crisis averted for NASCAR with Corey Heim winning, particularly the way he did it. People around the garage felt relief today. Tonight, NASCAR’s luck ran out.

@Lagerale @lancercoachdave @bobpockrass There's no if, the radio was clear they did have an agreement. Yes, difficult to give proof that HMS initiated it, but why would RCR or Trackhouse do it? While everyone would say it's clear 23XI helped Gibbs as they are pretty close

@lancercoachdave @bobpockrass The issue is even if the 1 and 3 collaborated to block for the 24 if you can prove the 24 made them you can’t DQ the 24. If you do what reason holds up when the old man takes you ro court?
